Cannot close Hotkey Window

I'm having a problem in which C/S/T will not close the Hotkey window in msfs. It flashes to the second window but comes back to the first window. I've attached a video of the issue and my logs.

I moved your post as you posted in the wrong forum

I have experienced this a couple of times and I believe it to be a sticky key or maybe I was impatient waiting for the window to change and hit the key again.

It's not a sticky key, because it happens with a StreamDeck defined hotkey and with the keyboard just by pressing C/S/T. I don't think both of these would send multiple duplicate keystroke sequences at the same time all by themselves, and just so happen to do it at the same time.

Perhaps some other component is duplicating the hotkeys, but that's what needs to be determined.
