I have had and happily used PF3 for a long time.

When it was announced by Dave in October that it would be switched to being a free product, I thought it would be a good idea to download the file so that I had a copy for a rainy day, i.e. in case I needed to start with a fresh install for some reason.

I have now followed the instructions in the "A new chapter" thread viewtopic.php?t=4588 around three times, spaced over a long period:
Quote:
I have withdrawn PF3 from the market and made it available as Freeware. You can request a download link from the download section of our website by entering '999' as your activation code.
I'm going to https://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/dlinkpage.php and entering the required information there, but nothing is forthcoming in terms of receiving a download link. I'm not quite sure what I am doing wrong?

John

Hi John,

I have just successfully requested, and received, a download link via that webpage, so it seems to be working.
Hopefully Dave will come by shortly with an answer ...

Regards,
Martin

Do you get the message that an email has been sent? I've just tried it myself and the email came through with the link

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the quick reply. I got the message saying I would be emailed a link within 24 hours and nothing more. Each time.

Is it OK to try with another email address? I don't want to offend the system or be detected as a spammer but I have encountered servers that don't send to certain email addresses, so maybe that might solve it.

Best regards,

John
